All orders received before 12:00 UTC+1 will be processed the same day, otherwise the next day. Every order will be shipped only after payment has received. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The estimated delivery time is about 4-7 business days depending on location and courrier efficiency. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control (examples: courier efficency and difficult-to-reach locations)

Free Delivery
Free delivery is available for all orders over 400€ (ex VAT).
Countries below are excluded:
- Greece
- Finland
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. You must return the product complete and in its original packaging in “as new” saleable condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return (except in some cases).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@buystudiolight.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
